Coming up a long slope today and suddenly a voice calls from a passing car: "How's it going mate?"

Surprised? Kind of. But no, no trick, just a young bloke, smiling out of the passenger window.

"Yeah, fine."

Big smile, thumbs up. Car takes off.

Nice.

People can get my frame number when I'm going uphill! A policeman once commented on it as he stood on the side of a road, going uphill, with a speed gun.
