Afternoon.
A day of sunshine and showers here. Mrs W had me cleaning the skirting boards in preparation for us going on holiday🤷🏼‍♂️ Watched the Tour of Britain come past the front door, then vaced the house. Before going for a ride and just avoiding the rain.

Also for those PSA followers out there, my result from last week was 1.9, whereas last year it was 4.2 (twice) which had prompted referral etc. No good explanation - maybe my prostate has suddenly shrunk with age.

I had 2 years of high PSA readings on the trot - readings were close to 4, followed by precautionary MRI scans. Then this year it dropped to 2.3. No apparent reason here either.
