I rode in this morning, on the bike just before 7 and it was OK, although couldn't feel some of my finger tips by time I arrived. Was tempted to bin it but as its going to be soggy all weekend I decided to go for it.

Woke myself up with a chilly ride in, my ears and finger tips were complaining so I told them to MTFU. Forgot to stick my lunch in the rucksack so will need to nip out and get something to make up the calorie deficit. Chaos remains as floor fitter is now bringing things forwrad a few days. People who think they had things dont have said things and expect me to have one of the things which isn't like any of the other things they've had before and needs making PDQ.

And the dog needs walking but doesn't like the cold.
