Full day of meetings in the office then off out for the first of several birthday related drink and food sessions in town, this one with with mates from uni. Must remember that it's a school night...

Its currently not raining here but we have 40 mph plus winds and it’s due to start raining any time soon. For the first I don’t feel too battered from last nights Pilate. So once coffee is finished it will be walk Bertie then climb, I was thinking of going to wall in York but not sure I can be bothered.

A bit grey and drizzly here. So lucky yesterday for my Birthday with it being sunny and bright and more like April.
Shoot sleep. Probably due to eating too much yesterday. Fish and Chips for lunch followed by afternoon Birthday cake and then out for curry and beers with friends. It'll be interesting. 1st time I've had a Jalfrezi since I've had my bowel surgery and a Stoma!!! Oh gawd! Better watch out!!!
