Morning,

Started out a bit moist but OK now. Sat in the dentists waiting room ready for wallet pain to be inflicted, then into town for a load of the usual meetings. Sim rig planning continues, but will need an ethernet cable running to the cave for it to work.

Chilled start as I was obviously knackered. Work stuff with consultants today, later is a run with a pal

Thursday seeking a repetition of that dream of dancing with a solar wind?

Sod that! I want Thursday seeking a repetition of that dream dancing with Selma Hayek in Dusk Till Dawn.....

Morning. Usual stuff based around avoiding office activities and coffee consumption.
Had some a'hole trying to look at the contents of my boot as I drove to work today. Big fat c' in a big fat c' car. I just drove slower and slower as his face became redder and redder.

It's metaphorical. The solar wind can be whatever you want it to be.
...and they say romance is dead. 🙄

And back almost to the normal world after a zero day yesterday, dozing in bed all day, no energy, no appetite. Been to GP for a check, bloods results will come back by end of day so will get summoned back if anything abnormal found. Otherwise thought to be a viral infection, of which lots going on apparently. And massive amounts of fluids being discharged via stoma, which is nice. Washing machine needed, and wash the bathroom floor...

Guess my immune system is less functional now post all the nasties last October. Rest hydrate recover is the script.

Got up at 5.45 for an early swim and decided it was too wet outside so went back to bed. Swam at lunch instead and fingers crossed, all on track.
According to Garmin I've now progressed from being a lazy t**t to "overreaching".
May run later but that depends on some variables.

GWS.
Before I had my bag, I would, usually 2 or 3 times a year be violently ill for a few days, fever, vomiting, temperature, delirium, the works.

Then, I had my large intestine removed and I've not had any since!

It appears to have been my large bowel effectively 're - booting' itself or similar!
No wonder it decided enough was enough after 28 years of service.

Wait... What?
