Currently sunny but soaking under foot. So it will be wait till it dries up before taking Bertie out, I also have a bike to clean after yesterdays wet roads.

Morning Folks. Usual stuff, meeting later with pension guy to hopefully push things along, currently very slow. Mad tidy up later at home as estate agent photographer coming to do pictures ect in the morning. Suspect we may go house hunting this weekend.
