the pomegranate seeds really don't work, fortunately the tabasco neutralised them

I'd also say that the chicken sausages were quite bland however the HP sauce did eleveate the spicyness!

And using propper butter rather than "spread" helped as well as neutralising the healthiness of said sandwich.

Did get booked in pronto into the medical centre, lots of checks and tests, nothing serious identified. Which is nice.

Possible that the lethargy is down to iron deficiency / anaemia, my numbers were rather low back in December. Bloods been sampled. So is it red meat para mi? Or should I get back on the IrnBru, made in Scotland fae girderz?

Evening all. Road trip day. Balquhidder to Glen Etive Glencoe, Oban, Inveraray, Crianlarich, back to Balquhidder. About 180 miles of gorgeous driving roads, little traffic and good weather. Can this really be Scotland??

Hope it gets sorted, Loon. Nice to now it's nothing serious, but would be nice to know the cause all the same.

Guiness but not draught. Has to be the traditional stout as modern production means the draught lacks ferritin.
