Slept right through to the alarm but boy did I need a slash when I got up.

On the train into a soggy London, got a meeting with advisors close to lunchtime so there will trouble if they don't lay on some sarnis. Could do with a cup of 'El Crapola' coffee from the office canteen when I get there.

Twas an early start for me as I had take Mrs W and grandson to Malton for 06:15 train to York. She’s taking him back to Jockland. I made the mistake of asking was there anything that needed doing while she was away. So cool box back in garage loft and ironing done. Just the grass to cut at some point.

Decent sleep for once if that helps PN69? 😂

Hounds walked, enjoying a cuppa whilst winding marketing and category up, unfortunately I’m being wind up about our pricing cpi and to such an extent think I’m losing 😂

Run later and try to avoid ale

It's a good job you've nothing to do with Dingbro anymore else I would have given you a right mouthful yesterday.

Can you pretend to be from Dingbro?

Back in sunny Embra. Bits of face still swollen and ear sore overnight. Did the plague start like this?

Today's Google wheel of paranoia serves up parotitis and a form of herpes (if you've been consorting with anyone who's seen a cockatoo.)
Mumps is still in the frame.

Woke at 5.48 to the sound of Beans' bell. He caught a mouse and I don't know how but it's guts were external to a rather neat and tidy carcass. Keyhole surgery?

Decided to slip back into bed and crashed for 30 minutes or so.

Coffee then drive in Porker to orthodontist for Tricky.

I was quoted £74 for the Bee em water pump plus VAT. Couldn't get me a gasket for said pump for 3 to 4 days.

I bought a Febi Bilstein pump which comes with a gasket and I purchased the belt from Auto doc including VAT and carriage for a little over £70.

I also has an excellent nights sleep, alarm was due at 7.30 today but we both woke up around 7.25 and feel bright as a button now.

Early finish is booked so I can go for a run, MrsHD is having her nails done later so along with making dinner, that sounds like an ideal time for fettling the bike ready for a weekend spin.

It actually feels like motivation is creeping in!
