Will call TLW's hospital to see if he's treating the staff nicely.

There's some over exertion type complaints emenating from Mrs Wakemalcolm's legs. Maybe a short walk today to somewhere that'll sell me a decent coffee.

Lovely day here in Somerset. That big yellow thing is shining brightly in the big expanse of blue above me.
My daughter and I are off for a walk to the Valley of the Rocks later over in the next county and then a cream tea somewhere.

Yeah, recent ones have all been people who have had a good long life, at least this one will be a scenic drive and we are getting a lift there so can enjoy the views a bit.

We always open up the hill walking season with a trip up Ben Ledi. Can be a bit of a shocker if you've spent all winter wandering along beaches and meandering through the Pentlands.

Staff like me, lucky to have friends at both hospitals I’ve been too so been looked after well.

Hopefully out today, just need to speak to the consultant to find out WTF happened and when I can start training again as we are fast approaching race season
