tiagra 4700right hand shifter

My shifter is pretty worn, the paints worn through completely where i brake/ change gear and a cable head got jammed in it when it snapped ,
I have managed to get it working again but not 100 % sure i got all the bits out .
So im looking for a replacement shifter
