Right this is a basic review of some of the above:

The are light I imagine a good commuter / general use wheel the hubs are ok roll good the rims are great for lightness and in that instance brillant for the climbs.

Generally a good for tyre removal but've seen easier.

The pair I had where supposedly handbuilt by Raleigh yet they developed massive problems as in spokes snapping and resulting un-trueness which made me know the spoke length offbyheart just out of interest they're 297's left rear and 295's right rear. Not sure on the front as that was ok.

I believe a true (no pun) wheel build will result in a great basic wheel i'd have them again if offered new by the bloke I use for builds and true'ing.

Good rim / hub combo !
