Tiagra triple groupset

Thinking of a new bike build and am looking for a tiagra triple 4703 groupset.

Does someone know where i can get this groupset? I tried to price the part individually and the price was more than a 105 groupset.

I really like cruising on the middle chain ring.

How much are you looking to spend on the whole bike?
Spa have a titanium sabbath aspire for £1150 with 105 10 speed triple. Bit of a bargain IMO for an £800 frame

Or wiggle have the 4700 tiagra gruppo for £230?
