Tifosi Cavazzo

I'm considering the Tifosi Cavazzo as a gravel and winter bike plus occassional bikepacking trips. The gravel aspect would not be hard core but gravel cyclepaths, towpaths, a few forest trails etc. At 66 I'm not expecting to be throwing the bike around at high speed!!

I've got the opportunity of a new frame which suits my size and my LBS would do the build to a spec I would discuss with them.

Looking for opinions on and/or experience of the Cavazzo.

I've not got one (yet), but I am seriously interested in the Cavazzo for the same reason - light gravel path/road and all-season use. They have been out of stock in my size everywhere I've looked for a while, so it might be an investment I make next year.
