I made some alterations to my Summer bike, different sized stem (& flipped it), narrower handlebars and I've stumbled across a riding position that I am absolutely delighted with - only slight draw back is the title thread mentioned regular tight glute/hammy on my right leg.
Would cleat position have any effect on this? (Also I bought new shoes - tried to mirror the placement fo the cleats from my old pair).
I've found some good exercises to alleviate the tightness, but every ride sets it off, so need a cure please!
