Anyone use the Timbuk2 messenger bag? Would love some feedback, to use both on and off bike. Have seen a few them discounted depending on size/colour ~ £40

Judging by the sizing, I would guess small size would be the best.

Thanks.

Yes - I've had a classic messenger (medium) since 2009.

They're very tough, and well made. Remember that the back is unpadded, so you'll need to pack carefully (something big and flat against your back, ideally). I found mine shifted a lot when I was riding in the drops, but if you don't do that a lot, that may not be an issue. There's also not a huge amount of internal organisation. I use mine more off the bike now, but it's a purchase I don't regret.

A review from when I first got it;

Just bought a (small) black waxed canvas for £48. Took a long time to decide between S-M ,but settled on small as it's not my EDC (every day carry),to coin a phrase from our Atlantic neighbours.
Does anyone have a link to a phone pouch that would fit on the crossbody strap that comes over the shoulder?
