First race of the season for me last Sunday, the iconic circuit of the dales, a 50 mile hilly TT starting and finishing at Ingleborough Yorkshire. My fifth time I’ve done the event. Managed to get a PB, going round in 2hr11min24sec. in good conditions (although the headwind from Sedburgh to Hawes wasn’t pleasant

Really happy with my time, especially since I only jumped aboard my new TT bike the week before so was still getting used to it, in fact I was still tweaking my position 8pm the day before. until last Saturday the last time I rode a TT bike was a race at the end of July (I fractured my pelvis in August so my season was over and never really got back into the TT bike) So to get a PB really bodes well for the season ahead of me.
