Well done MiniBrumJim - 27:20 for a 10 is a decent time for a Juvenile :bravo:

@BrumJim - given he's done it fine once he'll probably be OK from now on. You could then have a go yourself next week :okay: .

I'm not a member of a club, though.

This reminds me of when my son started time trialling at the age of 12. At the start of the season, I was going off a minute behind him and catching him half way round the 10 mile course. Within a few weeks, he was going off a minute behind me and catching me half way round. He continued to improve throughout the year.

In the September, he rode the GHS National Youth TT championship near Peterborough. He won the U13 category. He’s the same age as Alex Dowsett, but this was before Alex appeared on the scene. Fast forward 4 years and Alex won the overall GHS title and my son Steve finished 3rd, he finished 4th in Junior 10 and 5th the Junior 25, in the same year, each won convincingly by Dowsett.
