Available for very reluctant sale here, is this delightful vintage 'childs' bicycle.

The make is Halfords, & the model is Tiny-bike. According to the family of the original owner, it was bought new for him in 1939 (he was 9). Two further generations of the family have used it to learn to ride.

It was then relegated to the barn in the 1970s.

The cycle is in original un-molested condition. it simply new tyres, tubes & an oily rag wipe over. Ideal for static displays.

It looks to be in better condition than the bikes that come out of Halfords these days. The forks are the right way round for starters.
