Hello. I am the owner of aluminium Colnago active with carbon forks. I finish the BPB 2019 with this and happy to ride it. But is coming 1001 miles and LEL.
What is better titanium or steel frame?

Good quality whatever is better than poor quality whatever. The actual material is not all that relevant.

Steel is real, so is rust. Titanium frames need to be welded properly or they can be a nightmare. Aluminium alloy is a good choice, or Carbon. If it has to be steel or Ti, I’d choose Ti, but check the welds carefully if it’s a used purchase.

Will I regret asking for a translation?
‘Hoisting a sick minger’ means ‘pulling a really good wheelie’ in old talk.

If you look at Jan Heine's bicycle quarterly blog and search for JP Weigle, there is an amazing 9 kg steel bike with lights, fenders and leather saddle. There are aesthetic and practical reasons for steel over Ti but making a very light steel bike is going to be expensive. A light weight Ti frame may cost a lot less but may be a Chinese frame from a vendor about which you know little. Cheap, strong, light. Pick 2.
