I was really anti them for a long time. Poncy things.

    Now I have two.

Buffs...essential outdoor gear. Don't leave home without one.
    Also:
Being IN the Buff is quite pleasant.
Buff was a shade of Humbrol paint for painting Hurricanes (Desert colouring of course).
"Steady the Buffs" Famous Scottish war-cry...
To Buff (Verb) to rub vigorously in order to create shine or sheen.

    Buff...Endless uses...

Scottish? Slightly less romantic I fear. East Kent. Estuarine accent at its finest.

A Buff is an excellent bit of kit. I highly recommend to the house.

I have two Bianchi buffs. Used for riding in the frosty country lanes in winter, stops Jack Frost snapping my ears off.

I have 2 that I use sometimes when motorcycling. I've not had a need for one when cycling though, I prefer a cap.
