Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone has any tips/advice on this route. I am hoping on doing this the end of august, I have around 9/10 days for the trip. I have been cycling a lot the last couple of months so feel I would be able for it. From reading posts and research the Portugal route seems to be most possible in my timeframe.

But would love to hear your input on another route. I have never been to portugal so that is why the portugal route is appealing to me and would love to cycle along the coastline. I saw one post that continued along to Ribadeo, that sounded incredible.

I would love to cover around 400 miles, but am on a budget time and money wise. So if anyone has completed the Portugal way on bikes, how is that for Camino hostels along the way? Any tips would be welcome, I have never completed a tour before but am looking forward to this challenge.

Thanks a mill,
Helen

I did Porto to Santiago in 2006 - great trip. It was a very leisurely week's ride that we could have done in less. So 9-10 days you could maybe start from Lisbon?

see here for the report! http://www.crazyguyonabike.com/doc/?o=1r4vFZo&doc_id=1756&v=2j

From France 9-10 days sounds a challenge....

Buen viaje
