Well can't you just kick him out of bed or get him away from the breakfast table?
On the rare occasion I don't cycle in, there's a VERY agressive and annoying Metro vendor on my walk to the station. Get's right in your way thrusting their Diet Daily Mail in your face forcing you to say no thank you and walk around them for them to say "go on! go on!" as you pass.
Once after realising I'd forgotten my wallet after passing him, I had to pass him another two times and he wouldn't give up. I could have kicked his papers onto the street it was so ****ing annoying.
