It's a bit more complicated than that...
Last time I pedalled to Wales it was raining. I drove nearly to Wales today. It was raining. And the M4 is very very boring indeed, though not quite as boring as High Wycombe at 9am. Bradley Stoke is also very boring, and somewhat noisy.

I only really dipped a toe in England. But it got wet. I'm back in Wales now, and it isn't raining. Make of that what you will!

just wait the wind is coming - we had glorious here the last few days and it's changing.................someone said it's going to snow next week

I was in England for about three miles, in the Wye Valley. I took a day off and did a big loop through lots of nice Welsh places, and Newport. I had breakfast in Brecon and a sensational lunch at the Clytha Arms, near Raglan. All you have to sort out is this wet England problem, and it'd be perfect...
