Thanx 20Inch, and everyone Things slightly better today but not much..she is being nicer and knows she has well overstepped the mark with some personal stuff she said but it is the same old pattern.
She has several days of becoming more&more uptight before finally unleashing all her pent-up cr@p-usually on me-but then calms down and begins to be nice. Usually this is the point where I am so glad its blown over and we are ok again that I go back to being friendly with her and all is fine then for a couple of weeks before it slowly begins all over again. And after 10 years of this im having enough.
It is difficult as she is Bi-Polar, and an alchoholic, and has terrible mood swings and cannot cope with anything she percieves as "stress" (this latest was set off by having to cook lunch for 4 people instead of 2) I know all about her illnesses, how much she drinks, her rehab stays, and her self harming and that I think is why she takes things out on me, as she resents the fact that I know all that I do. But tomorrow is another day so lets hope it all calms down soon. Shelf-stacking in Tesco is beginning to sound like a heavenly job to me atm.

OOOOooooooo Lisa ................ funnily enough I once mentioned that to someone and it turned out that the tesco store I used to work in closed down before she was born and she was not aware there had every been one in the town
