Retired took the money and ran three years ago.They asked for 25 vol's.112 applied.I was number 3 on the list.

34 years i worked there.

As to the problems not been in touch with many since.But since 2000 and a document named THE WAY FORWARD.Unrest has been a big feature.

The staff and Union(i left after 28 years) and joined the GMB.
They had bent over backwards to try and work with the ideas brought in by RM .
Many allowances were given away along with things like reniority over job applications.
Holiday rotas.Sick pay absences.And more.
But i know only as much as the media are putting out.But one sticking point could be 'flexible' working times.Whatever that means.
How can you have a family life if you do not know when you are going to finish.
But i'm like all of you.In the dark as what is truth and what is truth and what is fiction.

But it is a very dangerous time for all concerned.
