I remember Niel Kinnock on radio 2 when he did Jimmy Young slot for a while.
That's the first time i really liked him, he was really good ,no politics helped.
Although obviously talented, the child prodigy composer left me a bit cold.
I always feel slightly uneasy when they wheel these kids out. Clearly it's opening painful memories as my life as a child genius. I've learnted to hide it well.
