I'm leaving my job tomorrow, after 12 years. I'll be out for a few pints after, so I'm going to get the train.
It was raining cats and dogs.
Going through a back lane I tickled the front brake and the wheel nearly disappeared from under me.
Later I nearly ended up as a bonnet decoration when a car pulled out from a side road (on my right) and the lady driver was so fixated by my knees, she aimed right for them - I still don't know how I missed her.
BUT it was an ace ride, & I loved it. My commute will be one of the few things I miss come the new job on monday.
