A chocolate cake. Covered with chocolate ganache. It was a much less stressful bake this time with no cake mix dribbled across the kitchen floor and walked onto the living room carpet. The work surfaces had but the slightest dusting of dry mix and the ganache didn't have the oil separate out unlike the last attempt. Even managed to avoid lop sidedness.
