Its an elite realtour turbo - connected to a laptop - the route was a realtour video from captera to la maddalena and the turbo auto adjust the resistance to the gradient.

Its a real good piece of kit.

the realtour machine is around £450 and you can also download your own gps routes from your garmin or strava etc. They are working on software, which also turns your own gps route into a google earth virtual tour.
