Im not sure. Tommasini lugs typically have the cloverleaf symbol punched out of them, although they were known to use Nervex lugs as well.

Its a mish mash of components that to my eye look as if theyve been hung on a mid rent frame, and the frame itself then had the lugs attacked with a paint pen (why do people do that?)

So my gut call is no. However, I must qualify that by adding that im a scholar of British steel and know bugger all about frames of that era from outside these shores so I could very well be wrong, and probably am.

Its just not giving me the vibes.
