Early night here. Hoping to get back on the bike tomorrow after a two week layoff due to thigh muscle problems. If the legs are still bad tomorrow I'll be seriously hissed off. If they'tre OK, it will feel like escaping from prison

I'm thinking of going out for a bit of a bimble on the bike once I've finished watching Julia Bradbury on Railway Walk. I'm then thinking of enjoying a nice bottle of red whilst watching Carry on Cruising.
