Just chillin here, kids are at swim club, nicely timed return home meant I don't have to take them.... got some M&S salmon in parma ham for me and the missus when she get's back later (lazy night is Friday) - might try and catch some of the World Champs on i-player.

Done me jobs - cleaning kitchen, hoovering, bathroom and downstairs loo.

For me it's a quiet night with a bottle of good cider. I've worked 60 hours this week, and a good few more to come tomorrow. So I'm completely whacked.

I'll also be eating a gorgeous homemade Thai Green Curry and watching a film (yet to be chosen). So all is good

Early night after a bit of light housework then pasta and salad and no booze so I'm fresh for a ride to Sheffield in the morning to make sure some people don't steal the cutlery.

Stuck in Germany; my meeting went on too long and I had to rebook my flight for tomorrow. So, a Friday night in a provincial German town and now no prospect of a cycle tomorrow. I will probably head out soon for a steak.
