It was made primarily for the year eleven pupils that I coach in science as a farewell offering.

Does cheesecake qualify as a proper cake in the culinary world.

I only ask as this is my No1 desert & my brother in law (of sorts) once produced the finest tasting cheesecake that ever passed my lips.

I burn toast.

If it isn't baked in it's entirety then it ain't a cake. If you want great cheese cake go to one of the coffee shops in Germany, the depth of topping, flavour, portion size and low price are amazing. I couldn't face two portions.
