Too close for comfort?

I don't usually have much beef with other drivers and hardly ever with bus drivers, but this was just stupid. Another example of someone trying to overtake and still make it through the traffic island!

I love the video with the guy in the blue 4x4. The back of his seat is only about a foot away from his steering wheel!

I had a closer call than that the other day going along Embankment, I had to go up into a side road to avoid being hit by a Clarkes commuter coach whilst being overtaken. In fact I had a few close calls with that particular firm that I'm inclined to write to the company to complain about their drivers being too close when overtaking.

He pushed you in the gutter there but I tend to find some London buses tens to "dive in".

It was a deliberate close overtake as punishment for some misdemeanour the driver thought you were guilty of. Bus drivers know precisely what they're doing and how much room they give - as do black cab drivers - they're driving for many hours a day and have it honed down to an art. There are few inadvertent mistakes with this sort of precision (or room for mistakes for that matter). B***ard driver. Report him.
