Too hot or too wet to ride !

Not been very good lately, very depressed :-( My son and family have moved back to UK and i am feeling very down (they were the ones who wanted to move to France in the first place !) As they will be living like gypsies in a caravan and a camping car for a while it isnt suitable for me at moment. I am waiting to see surgeon regarding back operation this week and hopefully son will return when i have op, as walking/cycling is getting more and more painful. So feeling very down and alternating between binging and not wanting anything. Oh shoot !! going to start crying again
Just thought if the surgeon dos'nt speak english - i'm in deep doo doo !

I can sympathise with the back. What needs fixing. Only done 400 miles in the last 12 months.
