Too Many re-directs on Safari and Chrome

    Hi All
    I am looking for some advice please if anybody can help , I am having the message Safari cannot open the web page when trying to go into Bkool webpage after putting in my username and password ( I realise that this is because of too many re-directs) but I have cleared the search history and cache on both Safari and Chrome but still can't get in . It seem to be the same on my laptop , Phone , Tablet , and Desktop so am thinking it may be coming from BKool end ?
