Tool to adjust aeroe seatpost

One of those fancy things that are more trouble than they are worth imo.

The clamp is loosened or tightened via a recessed bolt in the top tube. On previous bikes I marked the frame by using an Allen key ...

I need one of those t handled Allen keys - looking for recommendations for such a tool

Park Tools call theirs a P handle.
Any good tool shop should have T handle ones at various price levels.
I think the size is 5mm but you already know what size L shape you are using.
