I'll probably regret this at some point, but how do yer Geordies fancy meeting up and having a big old feckin' cycle in the countryside?

Depending upon when it is, I'd be up for it as long as people are prepared to wait for me.
I just ride to try getting fit, it'd be nice to see the social aspect of cycling.

I've probably used up my cycle tour credits with the Doris this year but a trip back up to the old country has my interest. Are we taking proper Nothumberland or the bits near Newcastle? I had a bad experience in Ponteland that I don't want to revisit.

In which case we better be going through Red Row (or Rcccred Rrrrrew).
Hampshire to 'thumberland is a bit of a shlep so I'm very tentative, but with the right date and start point I'd be interested.

A North East chapter of the forum would be excellent. Been out on a couple of rides with @GmanUK65 who might also be interested. Also got a couple non-forum based chums who could be tempted, unless it's a payslips only kind of gig
