Really? Its a bit late now I realise, but mine would extend the working day to accommodate in an emergency like this.

There isn't really much that can help, and sadly I have a lot of experience in this(!) - Id swill red wine around it, and super strength neurofen.

If you've got any dodgy out of date antibiotics down the back of the fridge...you really shouldn't take out of date meds :smile:

Mine doesn't use general anaesthetic. He's pretty minimal on anaesthetic and much less painful than previous butchers.

General for root canal really? Or indeed a straight forward extraction

I have a very good private dentist too, costly but the previous NHS guy was useless and annoying trying to crack stupid jokes too!

Hope all OK :smile:. The service here in Cumbria (out of hours emergency dental service) is run by the Community Dental Service.
