Moved across almost entirely out of the bus lane into the main carraigeway to give me probably a clear three metres - nice one! Gave him a 'thank you' wave as I passed him a bit later - hope he noticed.

Not really a surprise though is it?

Get the odd bad move but I generally find them ok.

I've even given a few hand signals recently of the non rude type and they have got the tip.

Bus drivers are supposed to get extensive training on cyclist awareness- sometimes I do see the dividends of that. good stuff!
