Tortec Tour rear pannier rack

Hi,

I have a hardly used Tortec Tour rear pannier rack that I am looking to swap for a rack that works with disc brakes now that I have changed bikes.

Alternatively if anyone has any long screws and spacers that I could have to get the rack to work that would be good.

I have some nice stainless steel long bolts but no spacers
