I was more looking for purchase experience, but cheers. They seem to have been around quite a while, but before I spend £400 on something that will be a pain to return to Ireland, it'd be good to see if anyone has some feedback :smile:

Hmm thanks Jazloc. It's unfortunate that they are not only cheapest but claim to have stock of a frame that is out of stock elsewhere

Perhaps a phonecall before ordering to confirm availability would be wise. Maybe the leopard's spots have improved in the last year!

Used them for the first time recently for something I couldn't find anywhere else - sent me the wrong (and more expensive) version of the product (which is not listed on their site), albeit very promptly. Contacted them via email and was told to send it back - they promptly refunded me, inc my postage, with an apology, which was all good. At no time did they offer to sell me what I actually wanted!

If they were to send me the Ti version of the frame, I probably wouldn't be in a hurry to return it!

I am struggling to find the frame in stock - had an email from one retailer today who had it listed on their site, but informed me that it is now out of stock. Need to make a speedy decision!

I was wary after reading reports of them, but on the basis of a very low price (£9.99 but it's gone up now) I bought a Blackburn Mars 4 from them. It arrived quickly, right goods, no problem. I had wanted 2, but on the basis of reputation only bought the one, so I ordered again. Same result.

I'd still be wary buying from them - there are too many bad reports not to be, but my experience on one product, two transactions, was OK.

I have emailed a retailer in London to see if they have stock and if they can flex the price a bit...tweeks claim to have stock and one other online retailer but all will be about £40 more than totalcycling

I'll see what response I get to my emails.. If someone has stock, I may have to bite the bullet regardless of price or rep, or I may moss out...be annoying after all this agonising :wacko:

I think you're right for an expensive item. Until they get a lot of good reviews I won't spend more than £20 at a time there unless I have to.
