anybody ever ordered anything from therE?
what's their stock like, is it likely to indicate if something isn't in stock?

Price is variable - a lot of it can be found cheaper elsewhere. Recently I ordered some skewers and got an email 2 days later saying they didn't have any in stock and giving me the choice of cancelling or put on back order - not the first time either. I went for back order and got a few updates over the course of 6 weeks while waiting, then a call when they got them. Package arrived the next morning.

So in answer to your question, their communication is good. You might not know when you place an order but you will within 2 days.

Bought a few things off them. They were in stock and they arrived promptly. Can't say fairer than that really.

They're not the quickest but when they have offers on, they're normally very good. I tend to only use them if they're cheapest or I can't find the item with any of the other usual suspects.
