Touch screen gloves

You could stitch a decent helping of this conductive thread in to the finger(s) of the gloves you already own. This will be cheaper and the gloves will most likely be of a higher quality, although waterproofness may be compromised.

I've ordered some conductive thread from eBay (see here) for £1.49 to give it a go on some gloves I already have.

You can actually get specific cycling gloves that are designed to work with touchscreens (eGlove make a pair, available from this website amongst others). I have a pair and am very happy with them, they seem to work fine with an iPhone 4.
