Just completed my first TdM this morning. The ride was 40 miles and it took me 3h24 actual riding time at 11.5 average speed (Garmin). My faster speed was 39mph and I did the 1mile TT on RAF valley in 2'45. Overall, very pleased with my day and my first sportive. Legs are knackered now but they will recover.

It was also my very first sportive. Did Canol - 76 miles and a quick check of the results revealed I only went and got first female!!!
