Only managed to watch this late last night.Great win by Schacmann,he really did deserve that stage yesterday,how many stages has he now ? I hope he can hang on a while.Im sure the commentary last night was saying D.Martin was in that group of four in the last few k.Or was it me,i had been for a drink !

Any ideas why there seem to be so many crashes in this race? Weather, especially slippery or bad surfaces, narrow roads, unpredictable terrain?

No it was Pogacar,there was him Yates,Schachman and Fulsgang in the last few k.Think the UAE jacket made me think it was Martin.

Looking at today's stage profile it's going.to be hard for Schachman to hang on ! Pretty brutal climb in there.
