Yup, the weather has been horrible, here on the Northern end of today’s route. It’s eased a bit atm, but it is so dark.

I think it was someone not understanding the rules. The race licence allows for temporary suspension of those things otherwise they’d have to stop at every traffic light.

Just went to the rollout through Newport. Seeing riders going up Stow Hill on the big without hands on the bars as they took off their rain jackets was a bit embarrassing for anyone who has struggled up there. Bumped into an old friend who is responsible for policing this weekend.
