Start and finish towns announced for both. Men are heading East: Lincs to Yorks to Scots borders.

The Women head West: Cumbria, Lancs, Wales, Warks.

Looking at that map, they're going up the back side of the Great Orme to finish as well. The men went up the "main" way a couple of years ago, when Wout outsprinted (then World Champion) Alaphilippe on the route up by the tram tracks

Would be nice if Georgi could score Picnic's first win of the season, they're having an even worse time than their men's counterpart

The funny little loop on Stage 4 of the WToB is the route of the Rhyader Round The Lakes running race I've done a couple of times (minus a short loop around Elan Village). It's absolutely spectacular around there is anyone is looking for a place to watch (albeit probably lacking in water at present!). Quite a tough climb on the leg travelling northwest out of Rhyader.
