Well mate I don't rightly know but it was at around 40 mile stage as had looked at my garmin and thought I'm on way home now but came a cropper !

What was so good about the feed station? we need some tips so ours is great to for an event in Shipston on Stour in September. 100km around the North Cotswolds... It's raising money for an amazing local charity. Cheers
