i've been looking for my new touring bike. However, it does look harder than i thought, hence i'd like your suggestions:
Here's my requirements:
1. Bike will be bought second hand, so need to be something quite easy to find. Budget around £4-500
2. It will be used for everyday commuting as well as touring (2-3 days with rear pannier and tent)
3. It will need to handle decently well off-roads: nothing major, but a bit more than just gravel.
Some type of shock absorbing will be nice.
4. It will need to be a comfortable bike to ride. I do prefer flat bar + bar ends
5. It will need a decent gear swifter: something around Shimano Deore, 27 gears
6. Disk brakes a plus
What do you guys suggest?
